The first thing we recommend doing is inspecting and maintaining your faucets and fixtures. Regularly check for leaks or drips around your sinks, tubs, and showers, and tighten any loose handles. Replace worn washers or cartridges and clean your aerators to maintain good water flow.

You should also check and maintain your drains. Start by clearing debris from your sink, shower, and tub drains regularly and use strainers to catch hair and food particles. Avoid using chemical drain cleaners and use a plunger or drain snake if needed to remove smaller clogs.

As part of the plumbing maintenance process, you should also inspect your water heater. If you haven’t done it yet this year, drain and flush out your water heater to remove sediment buildup. While you’re at it, check for leaks around the tank and connections and text the pressure relief valve to make sure it works properly.

If you need help with any other plumbing maintenance tasks, or you notice that you have some repairs to take care of, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re a trusted plumbing contractor that can take care of all your home’s plumbing needs.
